25AA128XT-I/ST [Microchip]

25AA128XT-I/ST Overview

As far as memory types are concerned, Non-Volatile is considered to be its memory type. In addition, memory ics is available in a Tape & Reel (TR) case as well. In the case of 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), it is embedded within the case. A memory chip with a capacity of 128Kb 16K x 8 is used on this device. There is a mainstream memory format used by this device, which is called EEPROM-format memory. This device has an extended operating temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA, so it's perfect for a wide range of demanding applications. It is capable of handling a voltage supply of 1.8V~5.5V. As far as the mounting type is concerned, Surface Mount is recommended. On the chip, there are 8 terminations that are planted. The part supports at least 1 functions to ensure a comprehensive working process. In order to function properly, this ic memory chip should be powered by a voltage of 2.5V. In the memory, there is a clock frequency rotation that ranges 10MHz. In order to select similar parts, typical manufacturers refer to 25AA128 as the device's base part number. The memory device has an 8-pin package, which encloses it in a small package. I have noticed that the memory device has 8 pins, which indicates that it has 8 locations in the memory. In this chip, the Surface Mount mounting method is used, a straightforward, high-efficiency mounting method. In terms of its nominal supply current, this memory component has a rating of 5mA. There is only a single power supply required for this memory chip. The SPI-type serial bus this memory integrates with is helpful for transferring data to the CPU.
