AT27C040-70TC [Microchip]

The AT27C040 is a 4,194,304-bit one-time programmable read-only memory (OTP EPROM) organized as 512K by 8 bits. It requires only one 5V power supply in normal read mode operation and features fast read access time of 70 ns. The device uses low-power CMOS technology with 100 µA max standby current and 30 mA max active current at 5 MHz. It is available in JEDEC standard packages: 32-lead PDIP, PLCC, and TSOP. The chip has high reliability with 2000V ESD protection and 200 mA latchup immunity. It features a rapid programming algorithm (100 µs/byte) and is CMOS and TTL compatible. The device includes an integrated product identification code and supports commercial and industrial temperature ranges.
