AT28HC256-90PI [Microchip]

The AT28HC256 is a high-performance EEPROM with 256K memory organized as 32,768 words by 8 bits. Manufactured with Atmel’s advanced nonvolatile CMOS technology, it offers access times to 70 ns and power dissipation of 440 mW. It is accessed like a Static RAM without external components. Features include a 64-byte page register for simultaneous writing of up to 64 bytes, internal address and data latches, internal control timer, hardware and software data protection, DATA polling for write detection, and high reliability with endurance of 10^4 to 10^5 cycles and 10-year data retention. It operates on a single 5V ± 10% supply and is available in multiple package options.
