The AT28HC64B is a 64K (8K x 8) EEPROM with 55 ns access time and low power dissipation. It features automatic page write operation with 64-byte internal latches, fast write cycle times (10 ms standard, 2 ms option), and supports 1 to 64-byte page writes. The device includes hardware and software data protection, DATA polling and toggle bit for write detection, and offers high reliability with 100,000 cycles endurance and 10 years data retention. It operates on a single 5V ±10% supply, is CMOS and TTL compatible, and available in commercial and industrial temperature ranges.
