The AT73C209 combines a high-performance stereo audio DAC with power management functions. The stereo DAC features programmable 16/18/20-bit resolution, 93 dB SNR, and supports sampling rates from 8 to 48 kHz. It includes stereo line inputs, microphone preamplifier, mixer, and 32Ω headset drivers with volume/mute controls. The power management section accepts USB (3.1V-5.5V) or single-cell battery (0.9V-1.8V) inputs, featuring a 100mA step-up DC/DC converter and two programmable LDOs (150mA main, 60mA analog). The device interfaces via SPI for control and I2S for digital audio.
