ATA5282-6APH [Atmel]

The ATA5282 is a 3-channel ASK receiver for 125-kHz carrier signals with very low power consumption and high input sensitivity. It includes all circuits for an LF wake-up channel, three sensitive input stages that demodulate and measure input signals from antenna coils, and outputs data signals and measured RSSI values. The IC features Automatic Gain Control (AGC) for each input channel, a digital RSSI for field strength measurement, and a bidirectional two-wire serial interface. It operates in standby listen mode with ultra-low current consumption and activates upon detection of a valid preamble and header code. The device supports direction-independent wake-up and data transfer with up to three antennas.
