The ATF20V8B is a high-performance CMOS PLD with Flash memory technology, offering speeds down to 7.5 ns and power dissipation as low as 10 mA. It features low-power options, superset architecture for replacing 20R8 family and most 24-pin combinatorial PLDs, eight outputs with eight product terms each, and three configurable modes for complex logic functions. The device includes CMOS/TTL compatible I/O, internal pull-up resistors, high-reliability (20-year data retention, 100 erase/write cycles, 2000V ESD protection), and is available in commercial/industrial temperature ranges with DIP, SOIC, PLCC, and TSSOP packages. It supports PCI compliance and offers green/RoHS package options.
