EX64-TQG100A [MICROSEMI]

The eX family of FPGAs provides a low-cost, low-power, high-performance solution using 0.22µm CMOS antifuse technology. Key characteristics include 240 MHz system performance, 350 MHz internal performance, 3.9 ns clock-to-out, nonvolatile operation, live on power-up, no power-up/down sequence required, and mixed-voltage operation (2.5V/3.3V/5.0V) with 5.0V input tolerance and drive strength. The architecture features a sea-of-modules structure with R-cells (flip-flops) and C-cells (combinatorial functions), DirectConnect and FastConnect routing resources for fast interconnect, and three clock networks (HCLK, CLKA, CLKB). Additional features include configurable weak-resistor pull-up/pull-down for tristated outputs, individual output slew rate control, up to 132 user I/Os, deterministic timing, in-system diagnostic capability with Silicon Explorer II, LP/sleep mode for power savings, advanced small-footprint packages, hot-swap compliant I/Os, Fuselock secure programming technology, and boundary scan testing (IEEE 1149.1/JTAG). Software support includes Microsemi Designer and Libero IDE.
