HV2662LB-G [Microchip]

The HV2662 and HV2762 are 24-channel SPST high-voltage analog switches designed for applications requiring high-voltage switching controlled by low-voltage control signals. They feature HVCMOS technology for high performance, low quiescent power dissipation (10µA), low parasitic capacitance, and operate with analog signal frequencies from DC to 50 MHz. The devices support flexible operating supply voltages (e.g., +40V/-160V, +100V/-100V, +160V/-40V). The HV2762 includes integrated bleed resistors to eliminate voltage build-up on capacitive loads, while the HV2662 does not. These ICs are suitable for medical ultrasound imaging, piezoelectric transducer drivers, inkjet printer heads, and optical MEMS modules.
