The HV7358 is a 16-channel high-voltage ultrasound transmitter featuring active return-to-true-zero (RTZ) capability, ±80V output voltage, and ±1.6A output current. It includes programmable output current (0.3A/0.5A/1.0A/1.6A), built-in T/R switches, dampers, protection diodes, and linear regulators for floating gate drivers. Integrated digital beamformer supports 12-bit delay resolution per channel with 5ns granularity. Features include internal low-jitter PLL clock multiplier (30-80MHz PLL mode, 30-200MHz non-PLL mode), active bleeder circuit, and configurable TX patterns (up to 255 pulses). Supports SPI (LVDS, 200MHz) and I2C interfaces for control and programming.
