This TVS diode series features low capacitance (<100 pF) for protecting high-frequency signal lines, with working standoff voltages from 6.5V to 170V. It suppresses transients up to 1,500W at 10/1000 μs, provides ESD/EFT protection per IEC61000-4-2/4-4, and secondary lightning protection per IEC61000-4-5. Available in RoHS-compliant versions, it offers high reliability with lot traceability, 100% surge testing, and enhanced screening options. Bidirectional protection can be achieved using anti-parallel configurations.
