High-reliability plastic encapsulated TVS diode series for thru-hole mounting with rectifier diode element in series and opposite direction, enabling very low capacitance (<100 pF). Features working standoff voltages from 6.5 to 170 volts and RoHS compliant versions. Low capacitance makes them suitable for protecting high-frequency signal lines and airborne avionics per IEC61000-4-5, RTCA/DO-160G, and ARINC 429. Bidirectional capability achieved by using two devices in parallel and opposite directions. Protects from ESD and EFT per IEC61000-4-2 and IEC61000-4-4. Key features include 100% surge testing, unidirectional low capacitance (<100 pF), transient suppression up to 1,500W at 10/1000 μs, 3σ lot norm screening on standby current, enhanced reliability screening per MIL-PRF-19500, moisture classification level 1 (no dry pack required), and availability in SMCG/SMCJ surface mount packages.
