MT9173AE1 [MICROSEMI]

The MT9173 (DSIC) and MT9174 (DNIC) are multifunctional devices capable of providing high speed, full-duplex digital transmission at up to 160kbit/s over a twisted wire pair. They use adaptive echo-cancelling techniques and transfer data in a format compatible to the ISDN basic rate (2B+D). The devices support several modes of operation (MOD and DN modes) and can be used in PCS wireless base stations, digital subscriber lines, high speed data transmission, digital PABX line cards and telephone sets. They are fabricated in Microsemi ISO2-CMOS process and operate from a single 5V supply with low power (typically 50mW). The MT9173 has a loop reach of up to 3 km and the MT9174 up to 4 km.
