MX1DS10PE [Microchip]

The MX1DS10P is a broadband prescaler operating from 0.05 GHz to 15 GHz with variable divide ratios from 2 to 1048576 (2^20). It uses CML logic levels for DC-coupled inputs and outputs, and is manufactured in an advanced SiGe process. The device operates from a single 3.3V supply and comes in a 6mm x 6mm package. Key features include wide operating range, variable divide ratios, support for single-ended and/or differential drive, high input sensitivity, and low SSB phase noise of -153 dBc at 10 kHz.
