    The SY10/100H602 are 9-bit, dual supply TTL-to-ECL translators with latches. They feature D-type latches controlled by Latch Enable (LEN), with Master Reset (MR) and a post-latch logic enable (ENECL). The 10H version is compatible with MECL 10KH ECL logic levels, and the 100H version is compatible with 100K levels. The devices are available in a 28-pin PLCC package and offer a flow-through configuration for optimal signal flow and electrical performance.
