It features four software-controllable power-saving modes (nap, doze, sleep, and dynamic), five execution units (Integer, Floating-point, Branch, Load/Store, System Register), and independent on-chip instruction/data caches and MMUs. The processor supports 32/64-bit data bus, 32-bit addressing, JTAG debug, and operates at up to 300 MHz. It uses 0.29 µm CMOS technology and maintains TTL compatibility.
