The NBSG11 is a 1-to-2 differential fanout buffer designed for low skew and ultra-low jitter. It accepts a wide range of input signals including NECL, PECL, CML, LVCMOS, LVTTL, or LVDS, and provides Reduced Swing ECL (RSECL) outputs. Key features include maximum input clock frequency up to 12 GHz, 30 ps typical rise/fall times, 125 ps propagation delay, and internal 50 Ω input termination. The device operates with VCC from 2.375 V to 3.465 V (VEE=0V) for RSPECL outputs or VCC=0V and VEE from -2.375V to -3.465V for RSNECL outputs. It is Pb-Free and compatible with existing 2.5V/3.3V LVEP, EP, and LVEL devices.
