The IGD616 is a single-channel IGBT driver core that uses CONCEPT's proprietary SCALE technology. It offers a gate drive capability of 16A and 6W, with typical delay time of 315ns. The device features power supply voltage monitoring at 11.5V, superior EMC (dv/dt > 100V/ns, ESD > 2kV), and a highly flexible design. It supports non-inverting or inverting inputs and transmits command signals via transformer interface. Fault signals can be transferred via transformer interface (option T) or optocoupler (option C). The driver has a 22ms blocking time at fault, with custom time options available. It is optimized for IGBTs from 100A/1200V to 1000A/1700V and beyond.
