LNK6777V [Power Integrations]

The LinkSwitch-HP family monolithically integrates a controller and high-voltage power MOSFET into one package. It uses a multi-mode control scheme for high efficiency across the full load range, with no-load consumption below 30 mW at 230 VAC. The device eliminates the need for an optocoupler and secondary control circuitry, simplifying power supply designs. It features ±5% output voltage tolerance, 132 kHz operation to reduce transformer size, programmable current limit, and extensive protection including auto-restart, short-circuit protection, over-power protection, over-voltage protection, line brown-in/out, line over-voltage, and thermal shutdown. Package options include eSIP-7C, eSOP-12B, and eDIP-12B.
