The TOP252-262 series from the TOPSwitch-HX family are enhanced EcoSmart integrated off-line switchers with an advanced feature set and extended power range. They feature multi-mode operation for high efficiency, new eSIP-7F and eSIP-7C packages, low thermal impedance, and no heatsink required up to 35W (universal input) and 48W (230VAC). They include programmable output overvoltage protection, line undervoltage and overvoltage detection, accurate programmable current limit, line feed-forward for ripple rejection, 132 kHz switching frequency (with half frequency option), frequency jittering for EMI reduction, integrated soft-start, improved auto-restart, and extended creepage for safety.
