The ISL6144 is a high voltage ORing MOSFET controller designed to replace ORing diodes in high current applications, improving power distribution efficiency and system availability. It features an internal charge pump for N-Channel MOSFET drive, a high-speed comparator for fast fault response (<0.3µs), and a hysteretic regulating amplifier for quiet MOSFET turn-off (<100µs). The device provides reverse current fault isolation, open-drain fault output with delay, and is available in RoHS-compliant packages compliant with UL60950 creepage requirements.
