The ISL6244 is a multi-phase PWM controller that provides core-voltage regulation using 2 to 4 interleaved synchronous-rectified buck-converter channels. It features rDS(ON) sensing for channel current balancing, active voltage positioning, and over-current protection. The device includes DynamicVID technology for on-the-fly VID changes, programmable droop voltage, and high ripple frequency (160kHz to 4MHz). It offers precision voltage regulation with differential remote sensing, programmable reference offset, and ±1% system accuracy. Additional features include over-current protection, digital soft start, threshold sensitive enable input, and QFN packaging.
