ISL6402IV [RENESAS]

The ISL6402 is a triple-output controller (two PWMs and one linear controller) that converts DC input supplies (4.5V to 24V) into system supply voltages. Each output is adjustable down to 0.8V. The two PWMs are synchronized 180° out-of-phase to reduce RMS input current and ripple voltage. Protection features include adjustable overcurrent protection (using lower MOSFET's rDS(ON)), hiccup mode, independent shutdown, thermal shutdown, and PGOOD signal. It also features programmable soft-start, bidirectional frequency synchronization for multiple devices, and is available in QFN and TSSOP packages with Pb-free options.
