    Products Detail

    The ISL6526 and ISL6527 are PWM controllers for synchronous-rectified buck converters. They feature a high performance error amplifier, high accuracy reference, fixed 300kHz or 600kHz internal oscillator, over-current protection circuitry, and two MOSFET drivers. Both ICs can be biased from 3.3V to 5V and are capable of regulating the output voltage while sinking current. The ISL6527 allows for an external reference. They are packaged in a small 14-lead SOIC or 16-lead MLFP (5x5 mm).
