The LH75400/01/10/11 family is a highly integrated System-on-Chip based on the ARM7TDMI-S core, running at 84 MHz. It features 32 KB on-chip SRAM (16 KB TCM and 16 KB internal), clock and power management with low-power modes (Standby, Sleep, Stop), an 8-channel 10-bit ADC, an integrated touch screen controller, and multiple serial interfaces including two 16C550-type UARTs (up to 921,600 baud) and one 82510-type UART (up to 3,225,600 baud), a synchronous serial port (SPI, Microwire, SSI), RTC, three counter/timers, and a watchdog timer. It also includes a JTAG debug interface and boundary scan. The devices operate from a single 3.3 V supply with 5 V tolerant digital I/O and have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The family includes models with color or grayscale LCD controllers and with or without CAN 2.0B controller.
