M24256-DRDW3TP/K [STMicroelectronics]

M24256-DRDW3TP/K Overview

Non-Volatile is the type of memory it has. There is a Cut Tape (CT) case available. The 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) case contains it. The chip has an 256Kb 32K x 8 memory. This device uses a EEPROM-format memory, which is of mainstream design. A wide operating temperature range makes this device ideal for a variety of demanding applications. A voltage of 1.8V~5.5V can be supplied to memory ics. Its recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. The chip has 8 terminations. For a comprehensive working procedure, this part supports as many as 1 functions. In order to operate this memory device, it must be supplied with 2.5V of power. It is important to note that the memory has a clock frequency rotation within the range of 1MHz. Similar parts are frequently selected using M24256, the device's base part number. The memory device is enclosed in a package with an 8-pin connector. In this chip, Surface Mount mounting is used, a straightforward, high-efficiency mounting method. In terms of its nominal supply current, this memory component is rated at 2mA. When it comes to power supplies, this memory chip only requires 2/5V . In its target applications, this memory ics plays an important role as a member of the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series of memory devices. Data is carried and transferred to the CPU by the I2C-type serial bus this memory integrates with.
