M74HC132RM13TR [STMicroelectronics]

M74HC132RM13TR Overview

Shipping overseas is convenient due to the part's packing in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. According to NAND Gate logic, the algorithm works. A voltage of 2V~6V is needed to ensure full function of the part. The operating temperature is extended to around -55°C~125°C. There is Surface Mount mounting in Surface Mount. Neither the high 5.2mA 5.2mA low state of output current is 5.2mA 5.2mA. A 74HC series product. 14 terminations have been made so far. There are 4 features that significantly enhance the user experience. HC/UH is a chip that is part of this device. Using the M74HC132 search parameter will show you device variants. It is injected into the part body with 14 pins. There are a number of applications for logic devices mounted with the Surface Mount pin. To find out what the functions of 14 pins are, please refer to their datasheets. Inputs support 2. It has 1?A current flowing through it when it is quiescent. In this logic device, the value is Gates. There is 50pF load capacitance associated with the part. Devices require a voltage of 2V to be powered. Upon reaching 6V, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is reached. The method TAPE AND REEL has been incorporated into the package. In this case, the output current is rated as 5.2mA. Device contains 1 outputs. Operation through gates with a value of 4. There is Schmitt Trigger in it.
