SR1PARU [STMicroelectronics]

SR1PARU Overview

As you can see, this power management is mounted through 6 terminals. There is a Cut Tape (CT)-packaging method applied to IC management. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. To assist you, this PMIC includes 6-UDFN functions. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Reset Timer line. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. This power management has 6 pins. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 2V for this power management. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Open Drain or Open Collector. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using SR1, the base power ics number. A PMIC from the well-known Smart Reset™ series of products is being offered here.
