TS555IPT [STMicroelectronics]

The TS555 is a single CMOS timer offering very low power consumption (110 µA typ at 5V, 90 µA typ at 3V) and high maximum astable frequency (2.7MHz). It is pin-to-pin and functionally compatible with bipolar NE555, operates over a wide voltage range (+2V to +16V), and features high output current capability, reduced supply current spikes during output transitions, high input impedance (10^12 Ω), and output compatibility with TTL, CMOS, and logic MOS. Timing remains accurate in both monostable and astable modes.
