VIPER100A-22-E [STMicroelectronics]

VIPer100A-E/ASP-E is a high-voltage power switch IC using VIPower M0 Technology, integrating a PWM controller and a 700V/3A Vertical Power MOSFET. It is designed for offline power supplies with up to 50W in wide range and 100W in single range or doubler configuration. Features include adjustable switching frequency up to 200 kHz, current mode control, soft start and shutdown, automatic burst mode for stand-by, internally trimmed zener reference, undervoltage lock-out with hysteresis, integrated start-up supply, over-temperature protection, low stand-by current, and adjustable current limitation. It reduces component count by about 50% compared to discrete solutions.
