The ICP-101xx pressure sensor family is based on MEMS capacitive technology which provides ultra-low noise at the lowest power, enabling industry leading relative accuracy, sensor throughput, and temperature stability. The pressure sensor can measure pressure differences with an accuracy of ±1 Pa, an accuracy enabling altitude measurement differentials as small as 8.5 cm, less than the height of a single stair step.

The ICP-101xx is an ultra-low power, low noise, digital output barometric pressure and temperature sensor IC based on MEMS capacitive technology. It measures pressure differences with ±1 Pa accuracy and features industry-leading temperature stability (±0.5 Pa/°C offset). Available in waterproof (IPx8) and non-waterproof LGA packages, it operates from 30-110 kPa and -40°C to 85°C with multiple power modes: LP (1.3 µA, 3.2 Pa noise), LN (5.2 µA, 0.8 Pa noise), and ULN (10.4 µA, 0.4 Pa noise). The sensor includes an embedded temperature sensor (±0.4°C accuracy) and communicates via 400 kHz I2C. Ideal for mobile devices, wearables, drones, and IoT applications requiring high accuracy and low power.
