ADS1675REF [Texas Instruments]

The ADS1675REF is a full-featured evaluation board for the ADS1675 24-bit Delta-Sigma ADC. It includes an analog input driver circuit (THS4503), onboard voltage references (REF5030 and OPA211), and clock options with a default 32MHz adjustable frequency. The kit combines the ADS1675REF board with the FPGA and SDRAM-based XEM3010 board, and includes ADCPro software for evaluation. It supports both serial CMOS and LVDS digital interface modes and features two digital decimation filters (low-latency and wide-bandwidth). The hardware uses a Spartan-3 FPGA, Micron 16-MByte SDRAM, Cypress CY22393 PLL, and USB 2.0 microcontroller.
