The bq2403x is a single-chip charge management IC for one-cell Li-ion or Li-polymer applications, delivering up to 1.5 A continuous current. It features dynamic power path management (DPPM) to maintain system voltage, automatic selection between USB and AC power sources with programmable input current limits, and three-phase battery charging (conditioning, constant current, constant voltage) with termination based on minimum current and a programmable timer. The device also includes thermal regulation, thermal cutoff, short-circuit protection, and sleep mode. The bq24030/1 have a 6V LDO on OUT, bq24032 has a 4.4V LDO, and bq24035 shuts down if input exceeds ~6.4V.
