The BQ24150/150A/151/151A/152 evaluation module is a complete charger module for evaluating switch-mode charge management solutions. It features a high-efficiency fully integrated NMOS-NMOS synchronous buck charger with 3MHz frequency, integrated power FETs for up to 1.25-A charge rate, programmable battery voltage/charge current/input current via I2C, input operating range 4V-6V, boost mode for USB OTG, LED status indication, test points for key signals, and jumpers for easy configuration. The ICs integrate synchronous PWM controller, power MOSFETs, input current sensing, high-accuracy current/voltage regulation, and charge termination into a small WCSP package.
