BQ25015EVM [Texas Instruments]

The bq25010/11/12/15/17 are single-chip charger and DC-DC converter ICs designed for Bluetooth headsets and portable devices. They support Li-Ion and Li-Pol batteries with programmable charge current up to 500mA (bq25010/11/12) or 1000mA (bq25015/17). The devices charge from both USB and AC adapter sources. An integrated 1-MHz synchronous buck converter provides adjustable (0.7V to VBAT) or fixed (3.3V or 1.8V) output voltage, capable of delivering up to 150mA (bq25010/11/12) or 300mA (bq25015/17) load current. Features include power-good indication, status outputs (precharge, fast charge, charge done, timer fault, sleep mode), and TTL-level controls (charge enable, converter enable, forced PWM).
