Features include adjustable output voltage (down to 1.0V), on/off inhibit, pre-bias startup, short circuit protection, output remote sense, and optional output capacitor. Available in through-hole and surface mount configurations with small footprint (0.64 in² for suffix 'N'). Ideal for point-of-load power in DSP and microprocessor applications.
