    The OP800SL/WSL and OP830SL/WSL series are hermetically sealed TO-18 packaged phototransistors and photodarlingtons. They feature mechanical and spectral matching to OP130/OP230 LEDs, enhanced temperature range, and choice of narrow or wide receiving angles. Available with various sensitivity ranges and TX/TXV process options. Devices are 100% production-tested using infrared light sources (2870K) for correlation with GaAs/GaAIAs emitters. Narrow-angle models (OP800SL, OP804SL, OP805SL, OP830SL) provide excellent on-axis coupling with bonded base leads, while wide-angle models (OP800WSL, OP801WSL, OP802WSL, OP830WSL) offer even reception over large areas.
