The OPL800 series sensors integrate a photodiode, linear amplifier, and Schmitt trigger in a monolithic chip (with voltage regulator in OPL810/811/812/813). They are hermetically sealed in a TO-18 package with a lensed metal can. Features include four output options, high noise immunity, direct TTL/LSTTL interface, and mechanical/spectral matching to Optek LEDs. Output drives up to 8 TTL loads (OPL800/801) or 10 TTL loads (others). Data rates up to 250 kBaud with 25 ns rise/fall times.
