OSSRD1006A [Optek]

OSSR Solid State Relays are electronic controlled switches that use an LED to illuminate a photosensor controlling the internal output circuit. They feature high input/output optical isolation (4k Vrms), zero crossing circuit, molded epoxy package, and are designed for direct PCB mounting. The OSSRD100XA family comes in a 4-pin SIP package with extended operating temperature up to 100°C. Input circuit accepts 5-12 VDC, output features Triac circuit with load current ratings from 3 to 40 Amps and maximum load voltage of 250VAC with normally open output.
