PA10A [Apex Microtechnology]

The PA10 and PA10A are hybrid integrated circuit operational amplifiers with high voltage and high output current capabilities. They feature Class A/B output stage for excellent linearity, wide supply range from ±10V to ±50V, and high output current up to ±5A peak. The amplifiers are internally compensated for all gain settings and include user-programmable current limiting for safe operating area observation. They utilize thick film resistors, ceramic capacitors, and semiconductor chips for reliability and performance, housed in an 8-pin TO-3 hermetically sealed package.
