U309-E3 [Vishay]

The J/SST/U308 series of N-Channel JFETs offers superb amplification characteristics with excellent high-frequency performance. The series provides high power gain at low noise even at 450 MHz. Available in multiple package options: J series in TO-226AA (TO-92) for automated assembly, SST series in TO-236 (SOT-23) for surface-mount capability, and U series in hermetically-sealed TO-206AC (TO-52) for military processing. Features include very low noise, very low distortion, high-speed switching capability, and high ac/dc switch off-isolation.
