The TMS320F28335PGFA is a Texas Instruments C2000™ Delfino™ 32-bit real-time microcontroller / digital signal controller designed for high-performance embedded control applications. Featuring a 150MHz C28x core, 150 MIPS performance, integrated floating-point unit, 512KB Flash, 34K × 16 RAM, 16-channel 12-bit ADC, external memory interface support, and communication peripherals including CAN, I²C, McBSP, SCI/UART, and SPI, it is ideal for motor control, digital power supplies, solar inverters, UPS systems, industrial automation, robotics, energy conversion, and real-time signal-processing applications. Packaged in a 176-pin LQFP, the TMS320F28335PGFA provides reliable TI C2000 real-time control performance for demanding industrial and power electronics systems.

Texas Instruments TMS320F2812PGFA is a 32-bit C2000 real-time control microcontroller featuring a 150MHz C28x DSP core, 256KB flash memory, and 36KB RAM. Its integrated 12-bit ADC provides 16 analog inputs, while dual Event Managers support PWM generation, input capture, and quadrature-encoder feedback. A 16-bit external memory interface and CAN, SPI, UART, and McBSP connectivity support expandable industrial control systems. The TMS320F2812PGFA is supplied in a 176-pin LQFP package and operates from −40°C to +85°C ambient. Suitable applications include motor drives, servo control, digital power conversion, factory automation, and instrumentation. TI supplies this active device in standard JEDEC trays containing 40 units.
