MASMLJ7.5CA [Microchip]

The MSMLG and MSMLJ series are high-reliability transient voltage suppressors designed to protect circuits from voltage spikes up to 3000 W. They feature gull-wing (SMLG, DO-215AB) and J-bend (SMLJ, DO-214AB) package designs for different mounting requirements. Available in unidirectional and bidirectional versions with RoHS-compliant options, these devices provide protection against lightning per IEC61000-4-5, inductive switching transients, RF radiation, ESD per IEC61000-4-2, and EFT per IEC61000-4-4. Key features include lot traceability, 100% surge testing, 3σ lot norm screening on standby current for M prefix devices, moisture classification Level 1, enhanced reliability screening options per MIL-PRF-19500, and axial-lead equivalent packages available.
