ISL6405EVAL2 [RENESAS]

The ISL6405 is a dual output LNB supply and control IC featuring two independent current-mode boost PWMs and two low-noise linear regulators. It provides a single-chip power solution for 2-tuner/2-dish applications with both outputs enabled simultaneously at maximum power. The device integrates a DC-DC converter and I2C interface, offering switch-mode power conversion with >92% efficiency. It supports selectable 13V or 18V outputs with digital cable length compensation (1V). The IC includes a built-in 22kHz tone oscillator for DiSEqC encoding, internal over-temperature protection, overload/overtemp flags, and LNB short-circuit protection. Available in QFN package with Pb-free options.
