PR21HD22NSZ [SHARP]

These devices are ideally suited for controlling high voltage AC loads with solid state reliability while providing 4.0kV isolation (V_iso(rms)) from input to output. Key features include output current up to 1.5A RMS, zero crossing function, 16 pin DIP package, low minimum trigger current (max 5mA), high repetitive peak off-state voltage (400V for PR21HD22NSZ, 600V for PR31HD22NSZ), superior noise immunity (dV/dt min 100V/µs), fast response time (t_on max 100µs), and high isolation voltage (4.0kV).
