PR29MF21NSZ [SHARP]

These Solid State Relays are ideally suited for controlling high voltage AC loads with solid-state reliability while providing 4.0kV isolation (V iso(rms)) from input to output. They feature zero crossing function, 8 pin DIP package with SMT gullwing option, high repetitive peak off-state voltage (600V for PR39MF2xNSZ, 400V for PR29MF21NSZ), I FT ranks available, superior noise immunity (dV/dt: MIN. 100V/µs), fast response time (t on: MAX. 50µs), and lead-free terminal options. The devices provide isolated interface between high voltage AC devices and lower voltage DC control circuitry.
