It operates from a 4.5V to 14V input and delivers up to 4A output current with 1.5% accuracy. Features include frequency synchronization, power OK signal, programmable soft-start, pre-bias protection, and comprehensive protections (UVLO, thermal shutdown, over-current). It is pin compatible with EN2340QI and comes in a compact 8x11x3mm QFN package.
