ACHS-7121-500E [Broadcom]

Each of the ACHS-7121/7122/7123 consists of a precise, low-offset, linear Hall circuit with a copper conduction path located near the surface of the die. Applied current flowing through this copper conduction path generates a magnetic field that the Hall IC converts into a proportional voltage. Device accuracy is optimized through the close proximity of the magnetic signal to the Hall transducer. The internal resistance of this conductive path is 0.7mΩ typical, providing low-power loss. The terminals of the conductive path are electrically isolated from the signal leads (pins 5 through 8). This performance is delivered in a compact, surface mountable, SO-8 package that meets worldwide regulatory safety standards.
