The IAM-93516 integrates a high-linearity GaAs FET mixer with a built-in LO buffer amplifier and IF amplification stage. It features differential configuration for noise immunity, 50-ohm matched LO port (differential/single-ended), and interstage matching for RF/LO frequency tuning. The amplifier output is 200-ohm differential. Designed for base station radio cards, microwave links, and MMDS applications, it delivers excellent IIP3, gain, and isolation with low LO drive power. All devices are 100% RF and DC tested.
