The CDB53L21 evaluation board provides a complete platform for evaluating the CS53L21 ADC. It features selectable analog inputs (stereo line-level RCA jacks and stereo microphone 1/8" jacks), an 8- to 96-kHz S/PDIF output via CS8406 transmitter, I/O stake headers for external control and DSP serial audio I/O, independent regulated power supplies, 1.8V to 3.3V logic interface, hardware control switches, and FlexGUI software control for Windows. The board includes an FPGA for digital signal routing and configuration, an on-board oscillator for system master clock, and supports both software and hardware mode operation.
